Trump whump whump. . .

Trump created a "voter fraud commission" and asked the states to turn over their full voter data for every single voter in the US. The request includes the persons:
  1. name
  2. date of birth
  3. address
  4. last four of their Social Security number
  5. voting history
  6. party affiliation
Trump created the commission to investigate the supposed 5 million undocumented immigrants who voted illegally in the recent election.  But there many organizations, including governmental ones, claim there is no solid evidence this happened. Read more at The Washington Post.

This could amount to a huge privacy issue and could curtail a democratic voting process.  Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe said "At best this commission was set up as a pretext to validate Donald Trump’s alternative election facts, and at worst is a tool to commit large-scale voter suppression”. If the commission looses the data or fails to secure it properly it could also lead to a identity theft problem of a gargantuan size. They're demanding every single voter in the US for heavens sake!

There is some good news though.  24 states are refusing to submit to the "voter fraud commission" and turn in the voter data. Read more at The Hill.
